Shincheonji Bible: How good you are!(Psalm 119:68-72)

How good you are—how kind! Teach me your commands.
The proud have told lies about me, but with all my heart I obey your instructions.
They have no understanding, but I find pleasure in your law.
My punishment was good for me, because it made me learn your commands.
The law that you gave means more to me than all the money in the world.

Shincheonji Bible study) Korean Christianity in History(2)

Korean Christianity in History

Main reference: Mt 23:26-36

Why is the divided CCK, labeling Shincheonji as a heresy? When this question is asked, no one usually answers. People are calling Shincheonji as a heresy without any concrete reasons, just as the people did to Jesus. They seem to be doing so because their own congregation members have been going to Shincheonji, and because the number of their members is dramatically decreasing. All of creation, in heaven and on earth, are working to feed themselves and to survive. Likewise, believers have come to Shincheonji as they were looking for something to eat. They have come to Shincheonji because they were unable to find the word of life from their own churches, but have found it in Shincheonji.
This is the evidence Shincheonji is not a heresy. It is clear the churches, teaching the worldly words due to the lack of the word of life, are the true heresies.

Teaching commentaries, the words of men, is like preaching different gospels (Gal 1). The commentaries are the seed of the weeds and the wine of adulteries. Those who are feeding this wine of adulteries are intensely persecuting Shincheonji, as they they did to Jesus at the first coming--just like the Pharisees and the pastors during the first coming! If one examines the hardships of the prophets and the apostles in the 6,000 years of Bible history, as well as the afflictions of Shincheonji today, one will know there are those who persecute and those who are persecuted. Life and salvation have always been with those who are persecuted, although it is a small and narrow path (Mt 5:10-12). If anyone has the knowledge of the Bible, he will look for a place which receives persecution because of righteousness.

Within the world of Korean Christianity, salvation and curses are being granted at the same time. Salvation is in Shincheonji, the new promised kingdom. Curses, on the other hand, are with the denomination which regards lies as their own food, and has added to and/or subtracted from Revelation. One is now coming to an end, whereas the other is rapidly growing. This can be clearly seen with our own eyes. It is pitiful, despite seeing this the people do not realize. The Physical Israelites thought of themselves as the only chosen people at the time of the first coming. They neither realized they had sinned (the sin of the worshiping of gentile gods in 1 Kgs 11) and God had already left them, nor did they know Jesus, whom God was with. For these reasons they were judged. In other words, they were destroyed from a lack of biblical knowledge (Hos 4:6).

In the same manner, today's Protestant pastors, the pastors of Spiritual Israel, also consider themselves the only chosen people. They do not know they have sinned (they bowed down to the Japanese god during Japanese's colonization). They also received the mark from the beast and worshiped him today in Revelation 13. They neither know God left them, nor do they know God, who left them, has now come to Shincheonji.

Shincheonji is well aware of the end and the consequences of the Protestant churches. They were anticipated in Revelation 6 and 7, Revelation 13 and 14, and Revelation 18 and 19. People are all blind and deaf; even though they see this, they do not know. Even though they hear it, they do not understand. They are nothing but the dead because they do not have any senses. They are only in deep sleep while engaging in sleep-talking.

Wake up from your sleep Protestant Christians! The morning sun has risen, and the day has dawned. Whoever rejects the word of the Revelation (i.e. the revealed word) is unable to go to heaven. I pray all will understand and attain salvation.

Amen!

Shincheonji bible study) Korean Christianity in History(1)

Korean Christianity in History

Main reference: Mt 23:26-36

The main reference describes the real status of the pastors who have been deceived by Satan since the time of Adam. Matthew 5:11-12 makes references to the persecution occurring at the present time, as well as the persecution which happened during the first coming. In Acts 7 Stephen also spoke about the inherited traditions of murder and persecution by the false pastors who had existed from of old. Are the pastors who are busy persecuting others aware of these passages?

Having seen the cruel and barbarian acts of Roman Catholicism, Martin Luther conducted the Protestant Reformation, and through this reformation, Protestantism originated. It has been said in history, Calvin, a Protestant, seized ecclesiastical authority and murdered several saints of God. How can he be considered God’s pastor? Calvin established the Presbyterian Church (Calvin did not acknowledge Jesus Christ’s Revelation and excluded the book from the Bible). The Korean Presbyterian Church bowed down to the god of the Japanese Emperor and praised him during the time of Japanese colonization of Korea.

The Korean Christians who criticized these actions were put in prison. After Korea obtained independence from Japan, some Christians who came out of prison, founded a Christian denomination called Goshin. They separated themselves from the Korean Presbyterian Church, claiming there was no salvation in the Presbyterian Church.

This Presbyterian Church (conservatives) joined forces with the politicians. During the Korean military regime, the Korean Presbyterian church supported the amendments of a Korean law (1969) so the former president at that time would be able to serve as a president three times in a row. The Korean Christian Press Association made it known in their 7th Christian Press Forum (April 2008), the Christian Council of Korea (established in 1989) was an organization based on such Presbyterian Churches which supported the amendments of the Korean law.

During a certain time it was aired the politicians, who also serve as elders of the Christian Council of Korea, were twelve leaders. Because one of the elders of the Christian Council of Korea became a Korean president, they were stiff-necked. Korean Christianity has seemed to emerge from within politics. Why did this occur? It was because they considered people, the world, and authority more importantly than God.

God left Israel because of their sin--they worshiped gentile gods during the reign of Solomon--and they ended up becoming gentiles. What of the Korean Christians bowing down to the god of the Japanese, the gentiles? Is this not sin? Instead of repenting of what they have done, they are claiming to be orthodox and labeling innocent people as heretics, just because those people refuse to be part of their organization. Is this not true? Who are the true heretics? We need to ask God. According to God's word in the Bible, those who worship and bow down to pagan gods are determined to be gentiles and heretics. Furthermore, Revelation 13, 17, and 18 clearly presents how people have made up commentaries, and how they are teaching those commentaries instead of the words in the Bible. These commentaries are assuredly different gospels (Gal 1:8-9), and the act of teaching them is equated to the act of sowing of the weeds. It is also the act of feeding people wild wine (Satan's sermons), the wine of adulteries, instead of feeding them with true wine (Jesus' sermons of the holy spirit). The commentaries are in fact, Satan's laws and doctrines. Those who regard such commentaries as orthodoxy are thought to be people who have received the spirit of Satan.

The scriptures testify, in the end times of religion (Christianity), the believers who are part of heaven and are likened unto the sun, moon, and stars (Gn 37:9-10), fall to the earth due to the destroyers (Mt 24:29; Rv 6:12-13). People who began with God's word and the holy spirit have returned to mere flesh. If this is the case, they are now part of the dust, just like Adam. This is how the believers have fallen from heaven to the earth. The number of Korean Christians, once counted as twelve million, has dramatically dropped to eight million. This dramatic decrease of the number of Christians depicts the autumn leaves falling from trees by the winds. The eight million Korean Christians have again recently been divided into two organizations --the Christian Council of Korea (the CCK) and the Communion Churches in Korea (the CCIK). These two organizations, which love money, are the ringleaders, labeling others as heretics.

How ironic it is, these two organizations are now shouting at one another, saying the other is the heretic! Yes, it is true. They have been divided, and they are calling each other a heresy. On top of this, one of them is claiming the pastor of the other group is the worst heretic among all heretics. Each of the organizations is claiming to be the orthodoxy and calling each other a heresy. This, in fact, is their great tribulation. It is serving as a sign the Christian organizations are coming to an end. This is the end of the age, the end time of religion.

At one time the CCK was trying to lift up the people who were expelled from Shincheonji as some kind of special believers, and they were using those people as their own tools to insult and mock Shincheonji. Now, however, the CCK is labeling them as heretics. Is this not the game of the demons? In addition, the CCK is manipulating immature young adults to create anti-Shincheonji online cafes, and those cafes are being used as another tool to criticize and blame Shincheonji.

A true pastor would be someone who teaches and makes known the word of life to people who have a child-like heart and spirit, just as Shincheonji is doing. Only when one does this, is their action considered an action done according to God's will. Teaching people to insult and curse others is obviously the action of the devil. This is very similar to the actions of the pastors during Jesus' first coming. They bribed and used their own congregation members to speak lies in order to kill Jesus. The priests, elders, and the people of the time urged Pontius Pilate, who proclaimed the innocence of Jesus, to kill Jesus, by saying, "Let his blood be on us and our children" (Mt 27:20-26). The persecutors of this generation are just like the priests, elders, and the people during Jesus' first coming. They are conducting synonymous actions because the persecutors today are their spiritual descendants. The Bible makes it very clear, one receives salvation only by eating and drinking Jesus' flesh and blood (Jn 6), and one can receive the answers of his prayers only by praying in Jesus' name (Jn 14:13-14). There was a man who was expelled from Shincheonji, he was claiming we must eat and drink the flesh and the blood of the representative of Shincheonji, in order to attain salvation. He was also claiming we must pray in the name of the Shincheonji representative in order to receive the answers of our prayers. He was expelled due to these claims. Furthermore, he illegally deposited public church funds into his own bank account, and used it as if it were his own. He still, to this day, has not returned the money. Do you say these are acts of righteousness and orthodoxy? The CCK has appointed this man to be a righteous evangelist. It has been using him as a tool to curse Shincheonji and to conduct anti-Shincheonji seminars.

Shincheonji, Why did Jesus bear the cross?

The correct understanding of the Bible and of Shinchonji – The New Heaven and New Earth
This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

Why did Jesus bear the cross?
There are two main reasons Jesus bore the cross. The crucifixion allowed for the atonement of the sins of men (Mt 26:28; Ro 6:6-11), and it allowed God and Jesus to come and unite with people who have no sin (Ac 2:36-38; Gal 2:20; Ro 8:9-11). Before the crucifixion, the spirit was not yet with people (Jn 7:38-39), but after Jesus was crucified he breathed on people and told them to receive the spirit (Jn 20:22-23). Jesus, right before his ascension, commanded his disciples to wait for the holy spirit that the Father promised to send and to be his witnesses to the ends of the earth after the spirit came upon them (Ac 1:4-8). After that, they received the spirit Jesus had promised and went on to preach the gospel (Ac 2:1-4). The holy spirit, which left people because of their sins, was able to return to people without sin because Jesus bore the cross on behalf of his disciples to atone for their sins. Where does Jesus currently reside?
Let us truly believe by meditating on the following scriptures:
• I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So the life I now live in the body, I live because of the faithfulness of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Gal 2:20)
• You will know at that time that I am in my Father and you are in me and I am in you. (Jn 14:20)
• Listen! I am standing at the door and knocking! If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come into his home and share a meal with him, and he with me. (Rev 3:20)
• And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, who calls “Abba! Father!” (Gal 4:6)
• You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of righteousness. Moreover if the Spirit of the one who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the one who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through his Spirit who lives in you. (Ro 8:9-11)
• We are coworkers belonging to God. You are God’s field, God’s building.  (1Co 3:9)
• Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you? (1Co 3:16)
• Then I saw thrones and seated on them were those who had been given authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. These had not worshiped the beast or his image and had refused to receive his mark on their forehead or hand. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. (Rev 20:4, NASB)
According to the scriptures, Jesus resides within us after he has atoned for our sins. This is why he bore the cross and it is our hope. It is wrong to talk about the Bible if you do not understand it fully and if you are not a Christian. These people are not qualified to talk about the Bible. You must proclaim and testify the truth only after receiving the holy spirit that allows you to see, hear, and master the Bible. You should be thankful that you now know the true meaning of Jesus’ cross, which we proclaim for our own salvation.

Shincheonji realizing : Shincheonji is shouting now is the end of the age, the Bible is talking about

Matt 24:40-41 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.

Have you ever heard of it? Definitely you have. Let's consider carefully today. If it happens to us? To my family? How do you feel?

You choose. Whom are you going to take?

As Jesus sat on the mount, the disciples came to him privately and asked what would be happening when Jesus coming, at the end of the age. Because when the disciples asked it, Jesus was with them, so this "coming" must have been meant "The Second coming of Jesus." In other words, they were talking about what would be happening at the Second coming of Jesus. And Matt 24 was the answer Jesus gave them.

However if all these things have not happened yet, and if it could be happened in this generation, what should we do?

Shincheonji church: My life and views of life were changed after learning the word from Shincheonji.

(This is a testimony of one member of Shinchonji.)

My life and views of life were changed after learning the word from Shincheonji. I appreciate Man Hee Lee, the chairman of Shinchonji church

I am a student who used to go church regularly. I went and worshiped enthusiastically  because of the wish of heaven. I wished to go heaven where God lived. And I believed that it would be somewhere in the sky, the place we couldn't see and I would meet him someday after death. I had been thinking vaguely like that. I used to read this part in the Bible, "There shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, no more pain (Rv21:4)." I desired to go to heaven, the palace of God. How nice it could be! I thought that "This world I have been living is too gloomy. There are so many scary criminals dangerous things around me. But the heaven which I imagine must be full of happiness."

I used to spend my weekend praying, praising the Lord, and servicing for my church. However, I always wondered that I could go to the heaven. Whenever my pastor asked  the believers to raise their hand if they had a strong belief to be able to go to heaven, I raised my hand. But it was a lie. Because if everybody else except me raised their hands, I must have been felt shame, so I raised my hand, but honestly I felt guilty. I asked to myself, "God is the only one can save us. How people could know surely whether they are saved or not. Is it really saved if they want to or feel so by themselves? Only God would know it". So I prayed every time to ask that I became to know about God and what God wanted from me.

I didn't know much about God. No. Maybe it is true there was nothing I knew about, even though I went church every week. I didn't know even what he liked or disliked. Of course I heard sermons through worship, but that was not enough for me. I didn't know why! I just wanted to know about him from the beginning to the end, one by one.

One day I got a chance to study Bible formally. I thought that finally my God listened to my pray. I studied very hard. In my church, I had never studied like this. Because my pastor usually told us only about opinions of famous biblical scholars and there was no Bible study class or something like that. I was impressed that the teacher who had taught me the Bible, preached only the words of God in the Bible, for 2~3 hours. She had never mixed other scholars' opinions into the words of Bible. She spoke only according to Bible. I surprised of that. Because the pastors who I met before didn't so. Listening the words, I checked what I heard up through Bible again. Everyday I got to know more and more about God whom I really really wanted to know about. It was no more the guesses. It was so clear. Then I realized the words which I had been learning was the truth according to the Bible.

At the middle of the study, I became to know the words I had been listening was from Shincheonji. Oh my God! Shinchonji? The cult everybody saying? Really? Shinchonji which I was meeting was totally different from Shincheonji which people were talking about. I had heard that Shincheonji was a cult where attacked, trapped the believers of the church and let people revere someone as Christ. But definitely it was not! I was shocked that the things I used to hear from my church was a lie. Remember? Gamaliel also said, "Keep away from these men and let them alone. If it is of God, you cannot overthrow it - lest you even be found to fight against God (Acts5:38-39)." I saw REAL Shinchonji created by God according to the Bible. The words showed me the way to heaven. I fully thanked God. God really had listened to my prayer and answered at last.

After realizing the truth, the most amazing thing for me is my transformed life and views of life. I've become to know the reason why I have to believe in God. Due to the certain reason, now I am always energetic and positive in everywhere. I'd like to let my family and friends know my changed attitude is because of learning the true words. I've become a diligent student in school and help mom with the house chores at home. I'd like to be nice to my parents because I know the heart of father God. I am thankful to my parents as well as I'm thankful to my soul's father. Now I take care of my family's works as the oldest daughter and we are so happy together.

I thank my Lord. My heart is filled with joy after knowing the true God. Also I appreciate the chairman of Shincheonji church, Man Hee Lee, preaching the word of God and the fulfillment of this time. How I could hear this word without him! I wish you who read this article will experience the real happiness, joy and thanks through the words. Thank you for reading.

Shincheonji :Thoughts and Impressions on the European Visit (Man Hee Lee)

I was asked to visit our German branch churches in Berlin, Frankfurt and central Germany many times before. There was also a request for a seminar (Bible conference) by a German church and 350 other European pastors, but I had to turn down their requests in the past because of the far distance and my busy schedule.

However, it seemed like the European pastors heard and knew well of the current circumstances of Christianity in Korea. They heard news regarding the rapid growth of Shincheonji due to the testimony of revelation, the physical fulfillment of the New Testament. It has grown despite the rapid decrease in the Christian population due to the corruption of the Christian churches in Korea. I think Europe, in the midst of its own reality of low church attendance of its members, wanted to hear a lecture from an instructor from Shinchonji that is growing so rapidly.

Even before I left for Europe, my thoughts on this visit for this seminar were not to go solely because of the invitations of the many pastors in different European countries. It was only with the determination that if it is the Lord’s will and command, I will go with an obedient heart.

We have overcome as according to the promises of the Bible, we have the evidence of being victorious, we have the greatest truth in humanity, and we have the Revealed Word that is in accordance with the 5Ws and 1H. This is because my body belongs to the Lord that has been purchased by the blood of Jesus (Rv 5:9-10). God allowed this visit to Europe while I was praying, and I sent a reply that I will go if there will be press coverage.

Our group of seven members of Shinchonji departed Korea on May 5th and returned on May 16th. The first seminar was held at the Frankfurt Press Club with 350 registered reporters. The second seminar was held at the Ernst Reuters Hall in Berlin.

There were approximately 600 pastors from 28 different countries that attended the seminar. There were so many teams of reporters that they could not all be counted. The content of the lecture was regarding Matthew chapters 24 and 13, and I also briefly testified to the overall events of Revelation that I saw and heard. The seminar was conducted through simultaneous translation in 3 different languages: German, French, and English. Immediately after the lecture there was time for questions and answers, and I gave the correct answers to all the questions according to the Bible. Following that were interviews with news reporters and broadcast network producers.

When the seminar ended the facial expressions of the people in attendance were filled with astonishment and joy. The seminar was so successful that afterwards many people rushed to the pulpit without any reserve or shyness to the point of causing difficulty in organizing the crowd. There were people who pleaded on their knees with tears, bowing and asking me to stay in Europe. They were immersed in tears, touched the hem of my robe, and kissed my hand. They also scrambled asking me to have a seminar in their denominations, and the pastors and reporters also scrambled to interview me first. The interviews continued on to the next day, and there were even people who came out to the airport holding on in tears. There were many who said they would come to Korea to learn. I felt sympathetic towards them and thought, “How thirsty their hearts must have been for them to be like this?” And I prayed, “God, they are pleading. Please pour down the much needed rain so that they can live.”

After the seminar, I met the former prime minister of Eastern Germany, Lothar de Maiziere. I heard about the unification process of East and West Germany and we shared a conversation regarding Korea’s unification. I also met the director of Austria’s Stift Gottweig Monastery, then made it back to Korea through Switzerland. When I arrived in Korea, I saw many of the congregation members who came to Incheon Airport to greet me, which brought back the vivid image of the crowd approaching me after the Berlin seminar. When we were taking a commemorative photo after the Berlin seminar, there were so many people that we had to take multiple shots to make sure everyone’s face would be seen. People who participated asked for the photo to be sent to them. It was as if they could see me for eternity, captured in the picture.

It wasn’t only our group of seven people who went to Europe, but the Holy Spirit of the Lord was with us. Two thousand years ago, at the time of the first coming, Jesus spread the future events that the Lord would fulfill through the new covenant so that it would be testified to the whole world. It is only natural to testify making known the fact that what was spread has been fulfilled at the end of the earth, in the Republic of Korea. My purpose in visiting Europe was to testify to this fact. I have fulfilled my duty as I conveyed the reality of the fulfillment and those who heard it don’t have an excuse that they haven’t heard (Jn 15:22). Those who confirm and believe will enter into their hope of heaven and eternal life.

Those who reported on the unprecedented fulfillment of Revelation will be remembered by the heavens, but the reporters who didn’t report will regret it. Those who didn’t attend the seminar and didn’t hear the words of the testimony of the revealed fulfillment, testified according to the 5W’s and 1H, and the people who aren’t harvested according to the promise of the Lord, will also regret it. I desperately pray to the Lord with my two hands put together that all humanity will believe in the promise (prophecy) and the fulfillment in order to become the people of the kingdom of heaven.

Prophecies have come to an end, the world (of Christianity) has come to an end, and the pastors and the congregation members also have come to an end. A new era has begun where God and heaven come to dwell on Shincheonji twelve tribes, that is purchased by the blood of the Lord. Let us all greet the Lord and live together in heaven with God. The Lord is one and the Bible is one, and the purpose of our faith is also one. That is, the same God, the same hope, the same heaven and eternal life. We are all brothers and sisters, one family who received the same seed from God. We must love one another as the Lord loves us. We must forgive, love, and bless one another.

We are the people of heaven who received atonement of sin by the same blood of Jesus, and who have been born again with the same seed, the same spirit. Therefore, let us work together for good (Rom 8:28), fulfill beautiful heaven on earth as His will is fulfilled in heaven (Mt 6:10), and pray wanting to live together with God and Jesus, praising them eternally. Let us also pray for one another. Let us serve without any national boundaries by having a good heart, good thoughts and Truth, and fulfill religious independence, world peace, and unification.

Let us walk with God and teach with the knowledge of the Truth, becoming the holy kings of the strongest kingdom through the path of righteousness and justice. The day is not far away when the pastors of various countries in the world will be invited to Mount Zion in the Republic of Korea. Amen. Hallelujah!

Shincheonji word : Why did Jesus bear the cross?

This site and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God's word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

(Rev 3:20)

• And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, who calls “Abba!Father!” (Gal 4:6)

(Ro 8:9-11)

• We are coworkers belonging to God.You are God’s field, God’s building.

Shincheonji Q&A : How can we believe the spirits and souls of people who have died do not die, but go either to heaven or hell?

Anybody wants to get a right answer of it. The Chairman of Shincheonji church, Man Hee Lee answers. Here it is.

There are times when a person’s spirit meets the spirits of dead parents, siblings, friends or celebrities in a dream, when one is half asleep, or in a vision. This proves the spirits of dead people exist just as my spirit exists in a dream. When a person dies, this person’s spirit does not go looking for heaven; heaven and God come to this earth (Jn 14:2-3; Rv 21:1-7). When this time comes, the living and the dead will be judged. They will be judged according to what they have done as recorded in the books (Bible) and will be sentenced to hell or heaven (Rv 20:11-15). Ask a corpse. He will not be able to answer because he does not have the spirit and the soul within him.

The Joongang Daily News published an article on December 17, 2011, which listed a series of questions the late founder of the Samsung Group, Lee Byeongcheol, asked about religion. The bold-print, front-page article has since drawn a lot of attention around Korea because Mr. Lee directed his 24 questions concerning religion, to a catholic priest a month before he passed.

The world is paying careful attention, not only because the questions were asked by one of the top leaders in the global economy, but also because no one has been able to properly answer them for the last twenty-four years.

The following article provides clear and definitive answers to Lee’s 24 questions about religion. It has been 24 years since these questions were asked, but the answers are finally being proclaimed to the public. Now the people of the world can find the truth they have been seeking.

Religion and the mindset of the world
There are two kinds of entities in the spiritual world. Of the two, I respect God and those who belong to him. In the physical world, I would like to acknowledge the Buddha, the eastern prophet Nam Sa Go, the Buddhist monk Seongcheol and Samsung’s Lee Byeongcheol because they are honest.
Just as the Buddha questioned religion as he agonized over the difficulties of life, Lee Byeongcheol asked his questions about religion in emotional pain as he faced death. Neither of them had the ability to answer their own questions. The Buddha and Nam Sa Go could only speak about what they knew. Before we talk about God, we must first understand the origin of religion. Who can answer questions such as these correctly (1 Cor 2:10)?    - Man Hee Lee-

Shincheonji realization - Acts17:23-31

Let us think about Acts17:23-31 today.

Drawn by Rachel

Shincheonji bible study - Persecution and blessings

This page and all of its content has been written according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper knowledge of God's word and to lead them to a deeper faith.

The criterion for judging good and evil is the Bible (Jn 10:35). The tree of life was a person in whom God resided (Jn 15:1-8); the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was a person in whom Satan resided (Da 4:20-22).

Those who persecute, curse, and murder others are the ones in whom evil spirits dwell; those who bless are the ones in whom God dwells. In the biblical historical accounts, the Physical Israelites were persecuted and mistreated by Egyptians (Ex 1:10-14; Ex 3:9-10). Jesus was also persecuted the most severely by his own, the Physical Israelites (Mt 27; Jn 5:15-18). In the same way, Shincheonji has been persecuted harshly by the Spiritual Israelites today. God was with Moses and Jesus, and as for today, God and the spirit of truth are with Shinchonji (Rev 21:1-3). There are persecutors. There are also people who receive persecution and yet bless, forgive, and love the persecutors (Mt 5:44). Throughout the 6,000 years of biblical history, Jesus and his disciples were persecuted the most excessively (Heb 11); Shinchonji, the Church of Jesus is the next one that receives the most intense persecution.

There are holy spirits as well as evil spirits in the spiritual world. The evil spirits originated from one of the spirits (angels) created by God. Not having kept positions of authority but having abandoned their own home, they have become evil spirits (Isa 14:12-15; Jude 1:6). They have come to this world of humanity and enter people; this has caused people to do evil and turn into the wicked. Spirits, however, are invisible, untouchable, and scentless. If so, how can we distinguish those with holy spirits from those with evil spirits? Since the Bible tells us about good and evil, we can only distinguish good from evil using the Bible (1Jn 4:1-6). This is why the Bible is vital for us. Just as trees are recognized by their fruit, spirits that are in people can be identified by people’s deeds (Mt 7:15-20).

We believe that Moses was a pastor who belonged to God because the promise that God had made with Abraham was fulfilled through Moses. It is also known to us that Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, was an evil person because he interfered with God’s work and his people. Jesus, too, came according to the promises that God had made with prophets of the Old Testament and fulfilled them accordingly. This is the reason for us to believe in Jesus that he was the promised pastor of God (Jn 5:39-40; Jn 19:30). It is made known to us that the Pharisees and priests at that time were the evil ones because they opposed Jesus, who was carrying out God’s work. As for today, the pastor of Shinchonji, the Church of Jesus, has appeared according to the New Testament (Jn 14) and has been fulfilling the promises in the New Testament — because of these reasons, it is definite that he is a pastor who belongs to God. Thus, anyone who interferes with the promised work of God and the work of Shincheonji are unfortunately evildoers.

Blessings

The following are what we call “blessings”: Jesus healed the ill (Jn 5), brought life to the dead (Jn 11), and fed many people with five loaves of bread and two fish (Mt 14:16-21). He also gave people the truth and the revealed word (Jn 17:7-8, 17), blessed them, and sacrificed himself for all people in the world. After doing all these, Jesus was resurrected and ascended to heaven (Mt 16).

Curses

In Luke 20, the priests of the Physical Israelites refused to believe in Jesus even though they knew that he was the heir. They insulted, cursed, and persecuted him just because they did not want the heir to take over the vineyard (church). They also fabricated lies to label him a heretic and eventually murdered him later — this is what we call “curses.”

From our standpoint as the Spiritual Israelites, who were real heretics at the first coming of Jesus? Who were the ones possessed by evil spirits? Were they not the priests at that time (Jn 8:40-44)? Were they not the people who sided with the priests, cursed, and insulted Jesus with them (Mt 27)? History and the Bible prove what they have done. Why did they do such wicked things? It was because they were controlled by the evil spirits in them. As for today, at the end of the Christian world, the New Testament (Revelation) also testifies that all nations will become Satan’s world because of his deception (Rev 18). In other words, people will eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and receive teachings from Satan (Rev 2:14-15; Rev 2:20-21). It is also recorded that all nations will worship Satan.

Today it has been about 2,000 years since Jesus prophesied future events. Let us examine what he prophesied. He remarked, “When the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?” (Lk 18:8) The scripture also prophesies that two witnesses who stand before the Lord will get killed (Rev 11). In addition, destroyers will take over God’s temple and stand on the holy place because of the increase of wickedness (Mt 24). It is also prophesied in Revelation 17 and 18 that all nations will eat food sacrificed to idols and be led astray, and that all nations will fall and marry the devil. Who kill the promised pastor, the messenger of Jesus, who stand before the Lord? Is it non-believers or gentiles? Is it pastors or regular congregation members? I’d like to ask everyone who reads this message: “Do people who persecute, curse, and kill the pastor promised in the New Testament belong to evil spirits or holy spirits?” Are they not the ones who act according to their own thoughts, not following the holy spirit and the scriptures? They carry out wicked deeds, controlled by evil spirits.

The pastor of Shincheonji, the Church of Jesus, has appeared according to the New Testament, and has been fulfilling accordingly. He has been proclaiming the revealed word that comes from above, not teachings of men, along with the physical fulfillment of the Bible (Rev 10). How can this act be wrong? The Bible points out today being identical to the days of Noah and Lot (Mt 24:37-39; Rev 11:8). We should consider what happened at the time of Noah and Lot. Furthermore, if anyone wants to be saved, one must side with those who are persecuted. Please think deeply about what happened in each generation.

The work of God’s holy spirit is accompanied with forgiveness and love. The holy spirit works in the place where blessings, the revealed word, and God’s word of testimony are found. On the contrary, the deeds of the devil are cursing, persecuting, measuring, lying, criticizing, murdering, etc. Those who perform such wickedness prove themselves to be the ones who did not keep the positions of their authority, and abandoned their own home. They also form a sect, carry out the work of deception, and commit sexual immortality with the devil (Jude 1:6, 17-19). Just like at the first coming, without receiving the revealed word (i.e. revelation) of Revelation (Rev 10), no one knows God and the one sent by God; no one can obtain salvation (Mt 11:27; Jn 17:3). Only if believers go to the place where the revealed word (i.e. revelation) is taught, can they attain salvation.

Shincheonji Q&A : Is the world coming to an end?

Anybody wants to get a right answer of it. The Chairman of Shinchonji church, Man Hee Lee answers. Here it is.

The world does not come to an end. There is, however, an end to a generation. In Genesis chapter one, there is a creation of heaven and earth; and in the New Testament, in Revelation chapter 21, it is written the first heaven and first earth disappear and a new heaven and new earth are created. It is written because heaven and God come to this place, there will be no more pain and death. What does this mean? How can the people of this world know God’s will?

Because people take the Bible passages literally, they say the world is coming to an end or there is going to be a World War III, but this is not true. When Adam’s world became corrupt, God went to Noah, who was Adam’s tenth descendant, and created a new world. When Noah’s world became corrupt, God went to Abraham, who was Noah’s eleventh descendant, and made a promise. Four hundred years later, God appointed Moses and brought Noah’s world to an end. When Abraham’s descendants, the Israelites, became corrupt, God went to Jesus and brought Physical Israel and the Law to an end (Mt 11:13; Lk 16:16).

The path, which was established through the First Coming of Jesus, comes to an end at the Second Coming because it also became corrupt. The re-creation of God’s new kingdom is referred to as a “new heaven and new earth.” This earth will not disappear and people will not disappear. Then what does it mean?

During the First Coming, Jesus did not sow physical seeds but sowed the spiritual seed of God’s word (Lk 8:11). At the Second Coming, the fruits which have grown from the seed are gathered to create God’s new kingdom and people. This is the new heaven and new earth. The passing away of the first heaven and earth refers to the churches, pastors and church members coming to an end. It does not mean the world will come to an end. It means the first heaven, in the religious sense, comes to an end and the new heaven, in the religious sense, is created. Within the world of religion, no logical rhetoric of this world, which is not of the Bible, could be acknowledged.

People, who speak on the topic of religion, should not speak through the thoughts of men but through the promise of the holy spirit. Because Mr. Lee saw things from a physical point of view, he misunderstood. If one views these questions from a religious point of view and from the viewpoint of heaven, I believe they would see Mr. Lee was speaking based from the viewpoint of the world.

I, the writer, have brought the food which does not perish, the food which leads to eternal life. I will give it for free to those who want it!

There are many other things in the Bible besides the questions Mr. Lee asked which Christians should know in order to receive salvation. I want to make this revelation known.
