Shincheonji bible study - Trees in the bible(2)

Today, we are going to look through about the trees in bible again.
I mentioned there were many trees you can see in the bible.
Let's examine those first.

1.Verses related to Trees in the bible

(Daniel 4:20,22) The tree, so tall that it reached the sky, could be seen by everyone in the world. Its leaves were beautiful, and it had enough fruit on it to feed the whole world......“Your Majesty, you are the tree, tall and strong. You have grown so great that you reach the sky, and your power extends over the whole world.
(John 15:1 GNT) “I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener.
(Isaiah 5:7) Israel is the vineyard of the Lord Almighty; the people of Judah are the vines he planted. He expected them to do what was good, but instead they committed murder.....
Seems like the trees in the bible are not just real "trees". They represent a person or people in it.

2. Why are the men trees? Why did God hide the real meaning of them?

About 2000 years ago, the disciples of Jesus have asked the same question.

(Matthew 13:10) Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked him, “Why do you use parables when you talk to the people?”

And there is the answer from Jesus.

(Matthew 13:11)Jesus answered, “The knowledge about the secrets of the Kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.

He said that he used parables to let the diciples know the secret of the kingdom of heaven. Moreover, In Psalm, there is a prophecy about the saviour who will use wise sayings and explain mysteries from the past,  things they have heard and known, things that their ancestors told them.(Psalm 78:2-3)

This means the trees in Genesis are one of the secrets of the Kingdom of heaven, right? Now, let's move on to the time of Jesus' first coming.

3. At the first coming, there are also two types of trees and their vine.

Jesus was the true vine and the disciples were the branches. Since the branches remained in the vine, the true vine, they were able to bear lots of fruit (Jn 15:1-5). This bad fruit is the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras (Dt 32:32-33).

Then, what about the time of Jesus' second coming? I will post it up next time. :)
